When you visit

This website's code does not use cookies, advertising tools, analytics or local storage. Images, styles and scripts are served by the website itself. The hosting provider may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses and browser information, according to its configuration.

When you prepare a request

Your name, email, organisation and other fields are used in your browser to prepare a message. The form does not transmit this data to a server or store it in a database. You can edit the fields or leave the page without sending a request.

When you choose to open your email app, the data is passed to that app. It is sent to Sched Solutions only when you confirm sending. Your app and email providers process the message under their own terms. The destination address is sched.solutions@gmail.com.

When you download a request

The download option creates a text file on your device containing the details you entered. It remains where you save it until you delete it. Avoid saving personal requests on shared devices.

Messages sent to the team

Details you send by email will be used to understand your request and respond. To ask about processing, request corrections or ask for a message to be deleted, contact us at the same address. Data processing arrangements for a future project will be agreed separately.

Links to WhatsApp and other websites

WhatsApp buttons open an external service with Sched Solutions' contact numbers. No form fields are automatically included in those links. WhatsApp and the ULS Coimbra website have their own terms and privacy information. These links open only when you select them.

Health data and demos

Do not send clinical information, patient data, credentials or other sensitive information through this form. All names and shifts in the schedule demo are fictional and do not represent real professionals or services.

Scope of this information

This information applies to the company website. It does not describe policies for a production HER-SHIFT platform and is not a security or compliance certification.
